3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) ph2bet account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. ph2bet may immediately suspend all associated accounts and void any winnings upon detection of multi-accounting.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ph2bet is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID) and any additional documents ph2bet may reasonably request to complete KYC verification. 4.5 ph2bet will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits, except in cases where the original deposit method is no longer available, subject to enhanced KYC verification.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your ph2bet account carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived balances may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met. ph2bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 Each game available on ph2bet is governed by its specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern for matters relating to that game's mechanics; these Terms shall govern for all other matters.
6.2 ph2bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic gaming content. Live casino games use physical dealing equipment in certified studios and are governed by applicable studio rules.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph2bet content without prior written authorisation from ph2bet.
9.1 ph2bet provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2bet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

If the investigation confirms a breach, ph2bet may forfeit bonus-derived balances and retain amounts equivalent to any losses ph2bet has suffered as a result of the breach.
11.3 You may request the closure of your ph2bet account at any time by contacting ph2bet support. Any undisputed real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph2bet, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. 12.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
13.1 ph2bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the ph2bet platform, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of ph2bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ph2bet and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
